Our clients can avail from us an advanced range of Concrete Testing Equipments, which is sourced from reliable manufacturers. Our range is playing an active role in various industries and thus appreciated for features such as compact designs, user friendliness, optimum performance and unmatched quality. Our clients can avail these Concrete Testing Equipments from us in various specifications that too at industry leading rates.

Compression Testing Machine

Compression Testing Machines are the finest of their type obtainable. The rugged construction and extreme simplicity make it possible for even non-technical personnel to operate them with ease and complete dependability. In particular, the portable units, which are small in dimension and light in weight, make quality control testing possible in areas where commercial testing facilities are not available and where the transportation of larger and much heavier machines would be difficult. Compression Testing machines conform to the requirements of IS: 516 and other International Standards like BS and ASTM.

Some of the Salient Features are:
High stability, Self-aligning platen assembly, Gauges are calibrated in kN against certified proving rings, Suitable for testing cubes and cylinders of various sizes.

Using special platens, bricks can also be tested

Optional
  • Digital readouts available with manual pace rate control and peak hold facility
  • A fully automatic computerized version is also available.
  • A Compression Testing Machines with Load Gauges
  • A brief general description of these machines is:
Loading Unit: The loading unit is of fully welded construction having a cross head, base and solid side plates. The hydraulic jack is fixed to the base or on the top. The platens of the machine are hardened, ground and polished. The upper platen is provided with self-aligning action. To facilitate testing of various size specimens, suitable size spacers are provided.

Pumping Unit: The hydraulic pumping unit is
  • Manually Operated or
  • Electrically operated

Aggregate Impact Testing

Aggregate Impact Testers are used for determining the aggregate impact value. These instruments consist of a circular base with two vertical guides. Their hammer of weight 13.75 ±0.25 kg is raised to fall freely down the vertical guides and the height of fall is adjusted through 380 ± 5mm. Following are some of the essential features of our product:

The hammer falls freely to the base and is removable for emptying

Supplied complete with metal measures 75mm dia x 50mm high (for specimen preparation) and tamping rod 230mm long x 10mm dia.

Beam Mould

Our beam mould are made of supreme quality metal which is why these are strong enough to resist distortion. These even retain their shape and size even under rugged conditions. From our end, we offer moulds of different sizes for cube, beam & cylindrical moulding which are required for compressive strength testing. These are manufactured in the following sizes:
  • 100 mm x 100mm x 500 mm
  • 150 mm x 150mm x 700 mm

Cylindrical Mould

Our cylindric mould are manufactured as per Ref Std :IS 10086. These are high in efficiency and their working. Our moulds are available in cost effective prices. These can easily sustain in extreme climatic situations and can easily resist distortion. Further, these retain their shape and size even under rugged conditions. Following are the size specifications of cylindrical moulds:
  • 50 mm dia x 100mm HT
  • 75 mm dia x 150mm HT
  • 100 mm dia x 200mm HT
  • 150 mm dia x 150mm HT
  • 150 mm dia x 160mm HT
  • 150 mm dia x 300mm HT
  • 150 mm dia x 300mm HT
  • 200 mm dia x 400mm HT
  • 250 mm dia x 500mm HT
  • 300 mm dia x 600mm HT
  • 450 mm dia x 900mm HT

Flexural Testing Machine

The machine consists of a hand frame. The lower platen has two rollers the distance between which is adjustable For 150 mm x 150 mm x 700 mm beam, the centre distance between rollers is 600 mm, while it is 400 mm for beams of size 100mm x 100mm x500mm. The upper platen has also a pair of rollers whose distance is adjustable. It is 200mm centre to centre, for 150mm x 150mm x 700mm size beam and 133 mm for 100 mm x 100 mm x 500 mm size beam. A pressure gauge to indicate load is fixed on the load frame. A small pumping unit is attached to the load frame. Total capacity of the machine is 100 KN and a 150mm dia pressure gauge 0-100 KN x 1 KN is fitted on the machine Since this is a hand operated light weight machine, its is useful for field laboratory also.

Vibrating Table

The Vibrating Table is used for compacting concrete cubes and cylinders.

Specifications :
It is designed to carry a load of 140 kg. The apparatus consists of a motor fitted with a variable pitch pulley housed in a cabinet. The vibrations are imparted by means of off-balance masses rotating on a shaft of a vibrator clamped to the underside of the table top. The table top is 50cm x 50cm. and has stops along its edges to prevent moulds from walking off the table during vibration. A cross arm adjustable on a vertical rod at the center of the table is provided to hold the moulds while operating the table. The variable pitch pulley arrangement permits the frequency to be varied steplessly between a maximum of 3600 vibrations per minute. A speed regulation handle is provided for increasing or decreasing the frequency. A switch is provided for starting the motor, suitable for operation on 440 volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles, A. C. supply.

Vibrating Tables of table top size 75cm x 75cm as well as 100cm x 100cm are also available

Abrasion Testing Machine

Used for testing Crushed Rock, Crushed Slag, Crushed and Uncrushed Gravel For Resistance to Abrasion.

Specifications
The machine consists of a hollow cylinder mounted horizontally on a study frame on ball bearings. There is an opening which can be closed with a dust tight cover to facilitate charging and discharging the drum with the material under test. A detachable shelf which extends throughout the inside length of the drum which catches the abrasive charge and does not allow it to fall on the cover. The drum is rotated by an electric motor through a heavy reduction gear at a speed of 30-33 R.P.M. A revolution counter is fitted to the frame. A tray is supplied for collection of the material at the end of the test. Complete with Abrasive Charge consisting of a set of Twelve hardened steel balls, approximately 48mm dia. Suitable for operation on 440 V, 3 Phase, 50 cycles, A.C. Supply.
