| Industrial Pulverizer Our range of industrial pulverizer meets the requirements of combines grinding, classifying, conveying in one single unit. It grinds easily and offers a safe and economical option. We offer a wide range of particle sizing of any non abrasive material, hard or soft. Our industrial pulverizer consists of encased rotor-carrying, swing hammers, whizzer classifier for finesse regulation and pressure gradient creator mounted on a solid shaft. Raw material from the feed hopper enters manually or automatically inside the roll feeder and as the feeder pockets rotate spills into the grinding chamber. The impact of the hammers on the feed material against the liner plates reduces it into fine powder. The ground material is carried towards the whizzer classifier for clarification and the over size particles are rejected by the finesse regulators and returns to the grinding chamber for further grinding.
Classified material is then conveyed into the cyclone for collection and bagging. A dust collector is provided in the system for ensuring dustless operation and no loss of ground powder

| Multipurpose Micronizers High Performance Micronizer, Whatever the types of categories of machine, grinding or micronization systems and for whatever purpose they are used, they all apply one or more fundamental mechanical force. The types of mechanical forces applied in the best know mills are : - The ultrafine mechanical micronizer that applies three types of forces allow the most efficient processing of a greater variety of products than any others system
- The ultrafine mechanical micronizer does not apply compression and the products is fully dispersed after grinding.
- The ultrafine mechanical microniser applies shearing force and can there fore process flexible materials such as fibres and rubbers
Control Of Particle Size: Depending on the final purpose of the grinding operation, precise particle size distribution may be needed, applying force by kinetic energy and adjusting the perforated sheet (Jali) alone can control the fines content of the final ground material, irrespective of the other factors normally required such as average fineness or specific surface area.

| Wheat Puff Gun Machine Wheat puff gun machine is snack producing Machine which puffs wheat, corn or rice by heat and pressure inside the closed type cooking vessel. After feeding the raw materials into the cooking vessel, the vessel start rotating to get even cooking. When the heat goes up by LPG burner to cook the material, the pressure inside builds up. When the pressure and heat reach the optimum point of expansion, the machine literally becomes a gun, shooting the expanded products with a big sound. The puffed product is usually applied with sweet seasonings.
